Privacy Policy

Fixovolt helps businesses manage WhatsApp Business API operations including contacts, templates, campaigns, shared inbox conversations, website widget leads, automations, reporting, and operational logs.

Information We Process

We process account details, business application details, workspace users, contact records, consent status, imported CRM data, campaign activity, WhatsApp messages, webhook events, API key activity, device/session metadata, and support communications.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the portal, send approved WhatsApp messages, route replies to the inbox, maintain audit trails, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and support account administration.

WhatsApp and Meta Data

When a business connects a WhatsApp Business Account, Meta remains responsible for its platform, policies, phone number approval, message delivery, and billing. Fixovolt stores only the data needed to operate the connected workspace and display message history, templates, analytics, and logs.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share data with service providers only when needed to operate the portal, such as hosting, email delivery, database storage, queue processing, analytics, and Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. We do not sell contact lists.

Retention and Deletion

Workspace data is retained while the account is active or as required for audit, security, compliance, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Businesses can request deletion using the Data Deletion page.
