WhatsApp Business Policy
Fixovolt works with the WhatsApp Business Platform. Every connected business must comply with Meta's current WhatsApp Business Platform terms, Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, template review rules, and applicable laws.
Business Ownership
Each business should use its own Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, billing method, display name, and verified business details. Fixovolt should not be used to hide the sender's identity.
Message Templates
Campaigns must use approved templates for business-initiated conversations. Template variables must not change the meaning of the approved message or introduce prohibited content.
Recipient Replies
Replies are stored in the workspace inbox and campaign reports so the business can respond, classify interest, honor opt-outs, and improve follow-up quality.
Manual and Embedded Signup
Manual connection requires the business to copy WABA details from Meta into Fixovolt and copy Fixovolt webhook details back into Meta. Embedded Signup may be enabled later after the required Meta app and business setup are ready.
