Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Fixovolt, a WhatsApp Business API management portal for approved business workspaces. By using the portal, you agree to use it lawfully and only for businesses you are authorized to manage.

Workspace Responsibility

Each business is responsible for its Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, phone numbers, billing, template content, customer consent, campaign targeting, and user access.

WhatsApp Compliance

You must follow Meta WhatsApp Business Platform terms, commerce policies, business messaging rules, template rules, opt-in requirements, opt-out requests, and all applicable laws. Fixovolt may pause or restrict accounts that appear risky, abusive, or non-compliant.

Account Security

You are responsible for protecting login credentials, API keys, access tokens, and staff accounts. Do not share credentials outside authorized users. Revoke keys and sessions immediately if access may be compromised.

Service Changes

Features may change as Meta updates WhatsApp APIs, review rules, pricing, permissions, or webhook behavior. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change.
